New Installation:
Once the type of floor is chosen we begin the installation.  After installing the floor will be sanded (stained by choice) with the new generation dustless equipment offering a clean environment.  There are different ways to install the floor, like, Engineered 3/8”, 5/8” thickness (floating or staples installation), Laminate Installation (floating only), and Unfinished Hardwood Floor Installation.

Sanding/Refinishing:
Chicago Harwood Flooring provides Dustless Sanding and Refinishing making your floor look like new.  Floor Finishing Products: polyurethane, Swedish Synteko, Waterborne (Traffic).  The type of shine can be chosen on the site and also the effect of colors the product will have on your floor.
Staining (can customize any colors): 
Staining can provide you with a color of your choice making your Harwood Floor stand out from any other.  There is no color we cannot customize to make your home to your liking. 

Custom Design:
Designs are to characterize everyone’s self liking.  We are here to provide and bring out the dream floor you and your family.

Repairing: Times are tough and are not able to invest in a new floor?  No Problem, we can repair any floor, damages, or water staining.
